Generally we ship within one or two days of receiving your approved order. Computer-generated orders take a day or two to get to us, so allow for that.

To the lower 48 States, we ship by UPS. We subsidize this by charging you only $12 per set (it typically costs us nearly twice this). We are in Richmond, Virginia, on the East Coast. Standard UPS delivery to many western states takes 5 business days. For best service, please give us your office/business address. Call us if you want to pay extra for Next Day or 2nd Day.

For Canada, Hawaii and for other countries, we charge $40 per set and ship by mail, which helps cover some of the extra cost of a special trip to the Post Office, waiting in lines and filling out forms. UPS fees for such shipments are typically $80 to $100, so this is not a feasible option.
